The managing director is a Certified Turnaround Professional and is the Past President of the New Jersey Chapter of the TMA and a past member of the International Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association. He continues to serve on the International Board of the Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals. He has also taught as an adjunct professor of corporate finance at both the college and MBA levels. He is a past member of the Commercial Law League, the Bankruptcy Institute of America, and RMA where he is serving as a Governor in the Northern New Jersey Chapter. Mr. Rice has been active in numerous other business and professional groups and has been a frequent guest lecturer.
