- Our primary business unit is engaged in consulting for businesses, banks, and others that are undergoing difficult financial issues. Because of a long history of loan workout and restructuring loans of all types including real estate, start up, SBA, and working capital we are able to offer many options to businesses that think they have none. Our qualifications and experience insure a client of professional help at reasonable fees.
- Nauset Business Evaluations
- Operating as a division of The Nauset Group, Inc., Nauset Business Evaluations is engaged in the preparation of certified business valuations and feasibility studies. They provide both valuations and evaluations, the former a quantitative measure and the latter subjective. Valuations are used in a variety of situations including divorce, tax planning, insolvency, litigations, and numerous others. Mr. Rice holds the designation of Accredited Valuation Analyst, or AVA, bestowed by National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
- Providing Financing and Equity
- Each and every assignment we take on usually involves making change. These changes usually require financing or other sources of capital infusion. We act as intermediaries in many of these transactions and have numerous contacts on a nationwide basis. We have been involved in all sorts of financings including going public transactions, going private financings, and equity placements.

- Most new business can be saved lots of heart ache if they only make some decisions a little different before they make commitments. We have the technical expertise to counsel am entrepreneur so they do not make those mistakes which can often end up costing a great deal of money to correct once they have been made.
