Delivery Method: Construction Management.

Type: Two-story addition and renovation for a new surgical center housing five ORs (three general, one angioplasty and one cystoscopy), one minor procedure room, PACU, clinical and staff support as well as office spaces.

Challenges: Construction and tie-in to an occupied and operational hospital.

Client: The Department of Veterans Affairs provides patient care and federal benefits to veterans and their dependents.
