Type: A mixed-use (office & restaurant) facility requiring the complete renovation and two story addition to a historic building totally over 9,000 SF in Downtown Boston’s Financial District.

Challenges: Construction on a zero-lot line site, shoring the building throughout demolition, and the installation of a retractable roof in a highly trafficked urban location.
