Type: Complete rehabilitation and renovation to a historic four story, 20,000 SF brick building overlooking the Rose Kennedy Greenway/Central Artery Park in Boston’s downtown financial district.
Challenges: Preservation and renovation of a historic building located on one of Boston’s most densely populated and heavily traveled streets into a state-of the-art office building that meets the standards of the Massachusetts Historical Commission and the National Register of Historic Places to qualify for historic tax credits.
