Delivery Method: Construction Management.

Type: Complete rehabilitation and renovation to a historic landmark (circa 1909) listed with the State National Registers of Historic Places, into a state-of-the-art, 40,000 SF office building for City Departments. A 2015 Preservation Massachusetts Tsongas Award Recipient.

Challenges: Successfully meeting all of the stringent requirements of the various historical societies in order to preserve a piece of rich architectural history while creating a first class office space.
