Delivery Method: Construction Management.

Type: Ground up, four-story, 78,000 sf state-of-the-art office and training building.

Challenges: Coordination with all subcontractors due to the highly sensitive, occupied and restricted site location.

Client: For the past 379 years, Massachusetts National Guard members have served in every major armed conflict, and have responded to emergencies here at home, including the Blizzard of ‘78, the airport security missions of 2001 and 2006 and the 2004 Democratic National Convention. Out of the approximately 8,500 Soldiers and Airmen of the Massachusetts National Guard, roughly 80% are here in the state, ready and able to respond to missions at home or abroad.
