Type: 37,000 SF historic restoration, complete interior renovation and a new addition to the Old Quincy City Hall.

Challenges: Successfully blending and connecting the old City Hall with the new City Hall. Working within the historic commission guidelines to ensure a restoration befitting its status on the National Register of Historic Places, while also creating a modern government center replete with 21st century amenities.
