Delivery Method: Construction Management

Type: A three phase, tenant occupied, renovation of a two-story, commercial data center building involving a complete building façade renovation, installation of a new curtainwall and ribbon windows, construction of a new loading dock and renovation of the building entrance and lobby including upgrades to the existing elevator.

Challenges: Construction with a zero lay-down area, coordinating and assisting with tenants’ deliveries while the loading dock was being reconstructed in the dense urban Kendall Square neighborhood of Cambridge.
