Type: Ground-up construction for a six-story, 69,000 SF mixed-use, transit-oriented development housing 49 residential units, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments above retail space and one level of below-grade parking.

Challenges: Constructed on a zero-lot line site in a dense urban setting with limited staging and laydown space, the project required detailed logistical coordination, an area where Nauset and its subcontractors have proven expertise.
