Delivery Method: Construction Management.
Type: Ground up, 190,000 SF, three-story, luxury residential community featuring 88 one and two bedroom units, 13 of which will be affordable rate units, and a below-grade parking garage.
Challenges: Extensive site work involved the drilling, blasting, excavation and subsequent crushing of stone requiring extensive sound and dust mitigation and vibration monitoring procedures to proactively manage and minimize any disturbances to the surrounding community.
