Delivery Method: Construction Management.
Type: Ground up construction for a four story, 106,000 SF mixed-use community housing 2,500 SF of retail space and 46 one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium units.
Challenges: Construction of one level of below grade parking adjacent to the historic St. James Episcopal Church on a dense, urban site with a zero lot line directly on Massachusetts Avenue in the Porter Square neighborhood of Cambridge.
