Delivery Method: Construction Management
Type: Ground up construction for a friendly 40B, four story, 89,500 SF, mixed-use community housing 14,000 SF of ground floor restaurant and retail space and 46 apartment units ranging from one to three bedrooms and four duplex homes containing three to four bedroom units, with 14 apartments designated as affordable.
Challenges: Construction of a new suburban community including one level of below-grade parking located in a bustling downtown neighborhood within close proximity to neighboring residences and businesses.
