Type: Ground up construction for a five story, 58,500 SF mixed-use community housing 2,000 SF of ground floor retail space and 94 studio-and one-bedroom apartments, with 18 designated as affordable units for renters earning between 50%, 80% and 110% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Challenges: Construction on an extremely dense, urban site with a zero lot line.
