Building Community

“We believe that it is the actions of individuals working toward a common goal, that build strong communities … and that business has an obligation to support those actions in the communities it serves,” President, Anthony Papantonis.

Nauset’s Philanthropy Committee is an active group that meets regularly to plan and run events to further support Nauset’s philanthropic focus and company culture.

The Nauset Construction Philanthropy Committee (NCPC) strives to positively impact the communities in which Nauset lives and works by supporting the surrounding areas in times of need, strengthening the environment and giving back to improve society through encouraging employee involvement, team building and community service. Business is more than dollars and cents, schedules and deadlines; it’s taking pride in the ability to give back, the willingness to help and the responsibility to protect each other.

Nauset Construction believes in social responsibility through philanthropic support of non-profit organizations within the communities that we live and work. Nauset Construction’s philanthropic priorities are focused on healthcare/medical research and educational non-profit organizations. Our commitment extends to helping local communities, fostering better educational systems, funding research to cure devastating diseases, helping disadvantaged youth and actively encouraging employee volunteerism. We are proud of our sponsorship, support, and participation in many fundraising events.

In addition, Nauset Construction strives to be a good steward for the environment and to be a good neighbor in the communities where it does business. Our company practices philanthropy by investing in its own community and has developed a tradition of philanthropy among employees. Employees have embraced the spirit of philanthropic support through the programs that Nauset has sponsored. We believe strongly that as a successful business, it is our responsibility to set the standard by being an exemplary corporate citizen.
