A healthy mind and body produce better results both on and off the job. The importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance is well-recognized and supported.

Nauset encourages and rewards its employees to continuously learn through earning advanced degrees, certifications, and licenses. Nauset’s training program provides additional opportunities for employees to learn new skills and refresh their knowledge of technologies, techniques, and industry standards.

 

Physical activities are also promoted at Nauset with walking/running/biking races, softball and golf games, canoe-relay races, and company-sponsored family ski trips topping the list as some of the more popular events. Employees are encouraged to participate in local charities that host athletic fundraisers such as 5K or 10K races.
